Frank Cawley is a lifetime resident of the Wilkes-Barre/Scranton area and a Pittston Area High School graduate. Upon graduation, Frank zeroed in on his passion for helping others. He received his bachelor’s degree in Biology from East Stroudsburg University in 1996 and then received his degree in Physical Therapy from Hahnemann University Philadelphia in 1999.
Tim has worked for Cawley Physical Therapy since 2009. He began as a part-time rehab tech and aide before transitioning to a full-time Doctor of Physical Therapy after graduating from Misericordia University in 2013. Tim is trained in instrument-assisted soft tissue mobilization (IASTM), manual mobilization techniques, total motion release, and trigger point dry needling. Named Director of Physical Therapy services for all of Cawley’s offices, Tim continues to treat patients daily.
A valuable member of the Cawley team, Jeff has worked with our offices since 2006. He received his Doctorate and Masters of Physical Therapy at Misericordia University. Jeff also acquired a bachelor’s degree in Health Fitness Management from East Stroudsburg University and earned an Associate of Health and Physical Education at Luzerne County Community College.
Heather received her Bachelor of Arts degree in Biology from Misericordia University in 2014 and her Doctorate of Physical Therapy in 2017. She joined the Cawley Physical Therapy and Rehabilitation team after completing a clinical education experience with us during the summer of 2017. With a strong passion for treating patients of all ages with various diagnoses, Heather is committed to providing the best possible patient care.
Jordan graduated from Slippery Rock University in 2017 with a degree in Exercise Science, where she then continued to receive her Doctorate in Physical Therapy in 2019. Jordan has a strong enthusiasm for physical therapy and helping all her patients achieve their goals!
Mike graduated from Bloomsburg University in 2010 with a degree in Exercise Science & Athletics, then received his Doctorate of Physical Therapy in 2013 from Thomas Jefferson University. Mike has completed several manual therapy courses focusing on the Maitland approach and a history of being level 1 medically certified in the Titleist Performance Institute. He takes pride in getting to know his patients, working closely with them to achieve their goals and improve their overall quality of life.
Tony received his Bachelor of Science in Health Care Management from Misericordia University in 2017. He continued his education at Misericordia to earn his Doctorate of Physical Therapy in 2020. Tony loves working with patients and is passionate about physical therapy. He strives to make a difference in the lives of every patient he works with.
Jessica received her Bachelor of Science in Athletic Training from Colby-Sawyer College, NH in 2017. She then continued her education at Misericordia University, PA where she earned her Doctorate in Physical Therapy in 2021. She started working for Cawley in 2018 as a technician and now works full-time as a Physical Therapist. She has a passion for helping others to reach their goals so they can achieve their highest level of activity to fulfill their daily tasks.
Cody earned his Bachelor of Arts in Biology from Arcadia University in 2016. He then completed his Doctorate of Physical Therapy in 2019 from the American International College in Springfield, MA. Cody enjoys collaborating with patients to figure out their unique limitations and how their lives have changed because of them. He is committed to helping patients return to the jobs, sports, and personal and family activities that make up their daily lives.
Matt graduated from the University of Scranton in 2020 with a degree in Exercise Science. He continued his education at the University of Scranton and received his Doctorate in Physical Therapy in 2023. Matt aims to achieve an on-going collaborative process with each patient to ensure all goals and expectations are being addressed and eventually met.
Evan received his Bachelor’s degree in Psychology from Misericordia University in 2020 and continued his education at Misericordia to receive his Doctorate of Physical Therapy in 2023. He completed a clinical education experience with us in the fall of 2023 and was eager to join our team. Evan is determined to help patients achieve their goals through physical therapy and rehabilitation.
