Frank Cawley – Owner – MPT

Frank Cawley is a lifetime resident of the Wilkes-Barre/Scranton Area. Frank is a graduate from Pittston Area High School. Upon graduation, Frank zeroed in on passion to help others and went on received his bachelors degree in Biology from East Stroudsburg University in 1996 and then went on to receive his degree in Physical Therapy from Hahnemann University Philadelphia, PA 1999.

Jesse Yurko – DPT

Jesse received his Masters of Science in Physical therapy in 2011 then his Doctorate in Physical Therapy in 2013 where all of these degrees were received from Misericordia University. Jesse is a certified Graston Technique specialist and massage cupping specialist. Jesse is also a credentialed clinical instructor through the American Physical Therapy Association to guide physical therapist student education to improve their skills and knowledge as a physical therapist. Jesse is dedicated to providing the best care possible to his patients so they can achieve their goals.

Timothy Dymond – DPT

Tim has been working for Cawley since 2009. He began working part time as a rehab tech/aide before being transitioned to a full time Doctor of Physical Therapy after graduating from Misericordia University in 2013. Tim has been trained in the use of instrument assisted soft tissue mobilization (IASTM), manual mobilization techniques, total motion release, and dry trigger point needling to name a few. He has been named Director of PT services for all of Cawley PT’s offices and continues to treat patients on a daily basis.

Jeff Frail – DPT

Jeff received his Doctorate and Masters of Physical Therapy at Misericordia University. He acquired a Bachelors Degree of Health Fitness Management from East Stroudsburg University. He earned a Associates of Health and Physical Education at Luzerne County Community College. Jeff has been with CPTR since 2006.

Heather Marsico – DPT

Heather received her Bachelor of Arts degree in Biology from Misericordia University in 2014 and her Doctorate of Physical Therapy in 2017. Heather joins Cawley Physical Therapy and Rehabilitation after completing a clinical education experience with us during the Summer of 2017. Heather has a strong passion for treating patients of all ages with a variety of diagnoses, and is committed to provide the best possible patient care.

Megan Kraft PT, DPT, GCS

Megan graduated from the University of Scranton in 2011 with a degree in Exercise Science, a minor in psychology, and a concentration in nutrition. She then continued her education and graduated with her Doctorate of Physical Therapy in 2014 from the University of Scranton. Megan became an ABPTS Geriatric Certified Specialist in 2018 and she also is a APTA certified clinical instructor. Megan is very passionate about physical therapy and providing her patients the quality and skilled care they need to maximize their potential to reach their goals.
